Equipment
We pride ourselves on the quality and standard of our equipment. Our equipment is flexible enough to enable us to adapt our sound and lighting systems to suit a wide range of venues, functions, and room capacities (from 50 to 400 people).

Lighting
Our lighting equipment and cabling is repalced regularly. All is kept in good, clean working condition and is periodically tested for electrical safety. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) certificates can be made available if requested.

We have spent the last 2 years updating  our systems, therefore many photo's on our website are only a representation of the systems we have been using during that period. We are continuing to update our equipment, therefore our systems may be subject to change without notice. However should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

We use a number of different lighting effects including Martin Mania EFX 600's and Martin Mania 800's and colour wash lighting.

Some of our lighting uses LED technology. These are extremelly useful in areas where your guests may be, as they generate no heat, and use very little power. We often use these for wall uplighting.

All our lighting can be linked to a dedicated lighting controllers or PC software allowing us to create different light shows.

On occasions and where venues allow, we may use special effects such as lasers, strobe lighting effects, smoke machines, hazers, or pyrotechnics. We have safe systems of operation in place and should you have any concerns please discuss this with us prior to the event. Please note we will not use smoke machines in venues where smoke detectors are installed. Further information is provided within our risk assessments.
 
If you, or your guests could be affected by any equipment we use, please give us plenty of notice so we can substitute equipment if necessary.

Sound
We only use Professional quality equipment. Our standard sound systems are flexible (from 900watt to 2kw) and allow us to supply different set ups to suit different venues.  Our speaker systems are 'active' i.e have built in amplifiers minimising the risk of P.A failure. For larger venues we can provide sound systems in excess of 2kw.  As our lighting systems all our sound equipment and cabling is under 12 months old. We use high quality MP3 files or original CD recordings. We always carry a good range of music.We hold a produb licence that allows us to legally copy our CD music onto digital media.
